Blossoming Mind Therapy
Integrative, trauma-informed counselling in a calm and supportive space.
Blossoming Mind Therapy offers a calm, confidential, and inclusive space where you can pause, reflect, and be heard. Therapy is a dedicated hour for you — time to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, with care, compassion, and without judgement.
You don’t need to have the right words, a diagnosis, or a clear goal. Many people come to therapy simply because something doesn’t feel quite right. Here, you’re met as a whole person, not a problem to be fixed.
Who I Work With
I work with adults who may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, or the impact of past experiences. Many of my clients are coping on the outside while struggling internally, and are looking for a safe space to talk openly and honestly.
Therapy can be helpful whether you’re facing a specific difficulty or just want time to understand yourself better.
How Therapy Can Help
Therapy offers a space to:
Explore thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgemental environment
Develop greater self-understanding and emotional awareness
Make sense of patterns in relationships, work, or life
Build resilience and kinder ways of relating to yourself
We work collaboratively, at a pace that feels right for you.
My Approach
My work is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT, and Gestalt approaches. This means therapy is tailored to you — there is no “one size fits all”.
I offer a warm, grounded, and respectful therapeutic relationship where culture, identity, and life experience are acknowledged and valued.
