  • I work with adults who may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or the effects of past experiences. Many of my clients are coping on the outside but struggling internally, and are looking for a calm, supportive space to explore this.

  • You can talk about anything that feels important to you. This might include thoughts, feelings, past experiences, current stresses, or things you find hard to put into words. There’s no “right” or “wrong” topic.

  • Many people come to therapy not knowing exactly what’s wrong, just that something doesn’t feel right. Therapy can be helpful even if you don’t have a clear reason or specific goal.

    Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, but you don’t need to have everything figured out first. We can explore things at your pace, with no pressure and no expectations.

  • No. You don’t need a diagnosis or a clear problem to start therapy. Many clients come because they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, even if they can’t explain why.

  • The 15 minute consultation is a chance for us to connect, hear a little about why you’re seeking therapy, and see if working together feels like a good fit. It’s a brief conversation, not a therapy session, and there’s no pressure just an opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of how we might work together.

  • The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what feels important for you. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.

    Sessions are mostly conversations about what’s happening in your life right now and how it feels for you. You don’t need to have a plan or know exactly what to say, we start wherever you are.

    I aim to provide in a relaxed, safe and supportive environment.

  • Working with me is a collaborative and supportive experience. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and understood. My approach is guided by empathy, congruence (being genuine and transparent), and unconditional positive regard, I respect your experience and meet you where you are. Together, we’ll explore your challenges at your pace, focusing on understanding, growth, and practical ways to help you move forward.

  • There’s no set timeframe. Some people come for short-term support, while others choose longer-term therapy. We can review this together and move at a pace that feels right for you.

  • Yes. What you share in therapy is confidential, with a few legal and ethical exceptions which I will explain clearly before we begin.

  • Yes, I offer online sessions as well as face-to-face. Many clients find online therapy just as supportive and effective, especially when accessing therapy from their own space.

  • Feeling nervous is very common. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and we can go gently. You don’t need to have the right words, just a willingness to show up. No pressure.

  • I offer a limited number of concessionary rates for students and those on a low income. If this is something you’d like to ask about, you’re welcome to mention it when you get in touch.
